Next Uk Return Policy?
Next.co.uk has a 14-day cancellation period. Customers must inform Next within 14 days of receiving the goods if they wish to cancel their order, and then have another 14 days to return the items. It takes about 10 days for returns to be inspected and to show on the customer's statement.
Customers can return items through Next Stores in the UK, where returns will be credited to their directory account. A receipt will be issued as proof of return.
Customers can also return items by Couriers. They need to peel off the return label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, and enclose the completed returns note in the parcel with the items. To arrange collection, customers can call their local courier, contact Next Directory, or go online to the My Account section on the website. If all items of an order are returned and any items are collected by courier, a £3.99 collection charge will be applied.
Customers can also return items by Post. They need to call a specific number and have their Selfserve number ready. Next will send them a pre-paid returns label.
Customers can return items to their local Hermes ParcelShop or Hermes Locker. A £2 returns charge will be applied.
Customers can also return items to their local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point. A £2 returns charge will be applied.
If customers lose their returns label, they can request a new one by calling a specific number.
Please note that some exceptions apply. Check Next's Terms & Conditions for full details.
If the items are returned outside of the 28-day period, Next will issue an eVoucher instead of a refund to the original payment method. The 28 days start from the day after the items were delivered to the home address, or if delivered to store, from the day after the items were collected. If items are returned to the store after 28 days, the eVoucher will be sent via email. The store can also print the eVoucher as a receipt. If items are returned via a local courier, parcel shop, or Royal Mail, the eVoucher will be sent via email. It can take up to 7 days for the items to be scanned into the warehouse.
